The Happy Halloween quest focuses on making Zoe’s Halloween Costume. To craft it, you’ll need 5 Cloth and 5 Leather, both of which are easy to collect. You can craft the costume at any Workbench, making this a simple but festive activity.
Why the Quest Doesn’t Show Up & How to Start It
One of the biggest frustrations players are facing right now is that the Happy Halloween quest doesn’t always show up. The reason for this is simple — you must finish all of Zoe’s earlier quests before this one unlocks. These include tasks introduced during the Terraria update.
If you haven’t already met Zoe, she can be found at the Desolate Church. Completing her earlier missions there will make the Halloween quest available.
