In Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2, you can actually build romantic relationships with some of the city’s powerful primogen. These moments aren’t just about charm; they’re tied to how you interact with them and how far you progress with their powers. This guide covers every romance option in the game, where to find them, and what you need to do to win their hearts.
Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 All Romance Options
There are two main ways to get a little closer romantically.
The first is the more personal route: Visit your primogen love interest at their haven, choose dialogue options that they like, and flirt with them three times. After that, talk to them again, and you’ll get to witness romance between Phyre and their new companion.
The second method ties into your power progression: Head to the primogen’s haven and spend your blood resonance to unlock their clan powers. Just make sure you don’t irritate them along the way. Once you’ve unlocked their final power and perk, they’ll take the lead and invite you to romance with them.
Fletcher

You’ll find Fletcher playing the piano at Makom Bar. When you talk to him, keep things polite and light, don’t push too much business or get too personal.
Onda Cardosa

Onda hangs out in the lobby of the Glacier Hotel. Be careful not to make yourself seem weak or inferior in the process.
Mrs. Amelia Thorn

You can find Mrs Thorn at Wake the Dead. She’s very traditional too, so don’t challenge your superiors or pry into matters that aren’t your business.
Niko Angelov

Niko runs Aurora Pawn. Just be straightforward with him, and you’ll earn his respect.
Patience Roswell

Patience also spends time at Aurora Pawn. Avoid bringing up business or money; it’ll only turn her off.
Simeon “Silky” Ladock

You can meet Silky at The Dutchman. Don’t try to impress him by saying you’re the Nomad, he’s not easily impressed.
Safia Ulusoy

Safia can be found either in Wake the Dead or in her lab at Weaver Tower. Treat her with care, and she’ll warm up to you.
