The world of Palia is getting into the Halloween spirit with the Fall Fantasy Update (Patch 0.196), released on October 7, 2025. This festive patch introduces a brand-new collectible, Candy Corn, alongside several spooky decorations around Kilima Village and new Halloween-themed items available from the Spooky Moon Store, located just outside Zeki’s General Store.
Whether you’re assisting Najuma with her Spiritfest quest or simply gathering festive treats, here’s everything you need to know to locate all four Candy Corn colours in Palia before they disappear after the event.
Palia Candy Corn Overview
New Bulletin Board Bundles are introduced each month in Palia for players to tackle. With this fall update, Najuma is requesting your assistance as part of the Spiritfest Quest.
She swore to her dad that she would look after her mother’s shrine this year, but her new invention consumed all of her time, so you’re it for completing what she began.
You will need to gather four distinct colours of Candy Corn across Kilima, Bahari Bay, and the Elderwoods. Each colour relates to a specific in-game activity and is part of the Spiritfest bundle.
Green Candy Corn
Green Candy Corn can be found by mining nodes throughout Palia.
It doesn’t matter which kind of node you mine, the drop is apparently totally random, so any stone or ore source can drop candy.

- Whitestone Nodes within the Elderwoods
- Iron Nodes within Bahari Bay
- Stone and Clay Nodes within Kilima
You will require 15 Green Candy Corns for this section of the bundle.
Blue Candy Corn
Up next is Blue Candy Corn, and it can be obtained through fishing.
You can catch these at any fishing location in Kilima or Bahari Bay, and yes, even that pond on your home lot qualifies. Bait type doesn’t matter, so fish however you prefer.

- You’ll require 15 Blue Candy Corns for the package.
Yellow Candy Corn
The bright Yellow Candy Corn is attainable by catching bugs throughout Palia.
Although they can be found on any map, they appear to drop more often from regular bugs, so this is one of the simpler Candy Corns to farm.
- Catch regular types like the Blue Butterflies in Bahari Bay.
- Don’t use too many Smoke Bombs to conserve materials.
- Any type of bug or rarity will drop candy, but ordinary bugs are the most effective.
You will require 15 Yellow Candy Corns in order to complete this part of the Spiritfest package.
Purple Candy Corn
The tricky Purple Candy Corn is the fourth rarest of the four, and it only appears in the Elderwoods.
Unlike the others, this one isn’t linked to a skill. Instead, you’ll need to rummage through loot piles scattered across the region.
How to Find It:
- Search the two rummage piles in the Elderwoods each day.
- You’ll likely get at least one Purple Candy Corn daily.
- Since only four are required for the bundle, it’ll take a minimum of two real-world days to complete.
(Tip: Avoid eating Purple Candy Corn until you’ve completed the bundle; they appear to be limited in number per day.)
