How to Find The Act 4 Hideout in Path Of Exile 2

In Path of Exile 2, players can unlock special hideouts, personal spaces where they can relax, decorate, and access various features. One of these is the Act 4 Hideout, a reward for completing a specific quest. This guide will walk you through how to find and unlock the Act 4 Hideout step by step, and explain how to decorate and customize it.

How To Find The Act 4 Hideout

First, head to Whakapanu Island, which is typically around level 51. You will start on a beach. From there, go all the way west. Eventually, you will reach another beach. Here, you will hear a faint siren sound.

Look around for a cave nearby. Go inside the cave. Inside the cave, head southeast until you find the Beckoning Clam. It’s like a mini-boss area.

After that, keep heading west until you reach a big circular arena. That’s where the siren boss shows up – she is called Song of Death. Defeat her, and you will complete a couple of quests and unlock the Act Four hideout.

Once you have beaten her, go back to the town. Talk to Ange – she will have a quest marker over her head. She will thank you for clearing it out and let you access the new hideout. Just choose the option “Travel to the Shoreline Hideout.” Or you can pick it from your hideout list. Go there, talk to Angie again, and that will finish the quest.

How to Decorate the Act 4 Hideout

Once you unlock the Act 4 Hideout, you can decorate it to make it your own. You can buy up to 750 decorations using Favour, which you get from the masters. You can buy up to 750 decorations, either from the masters in town or the ones already in your hideout.

To check what decorations you have, press the “Hideout” button. To start decorating, press the “Edit” button.

  • Move items by dragging them or using the arrow keys.
  • Rotate decorations by dragging between the two circles or pressing R or Shift + R.
  • For an exact 90° turn, press Ctrl + R or Ctrl + Alt + R.
  • Flip something with F.
  • To change a decoration’s look, scroll your mouse wheel or press Page Up / Page Down.
  • If you want to remove something, just select it and press Delete.
  • When you are happy with everything, click “Done” to finish editing.

You can visit another player’s hideout by right-clicking their name and selecting “Visit Hideout” from the menu. If you want to control who can visit your hideout, just go to your hideout stash and look at the tickboxes at the bottom. You can choose whether to allow friends, guild members, or party members to visit.
