Chapter 4 of Mafia: The Old Country has 13 collectibles you can find, like notes, charms, photos, and more. Some are easy to spot, while others are hidden in tricky places. This guide will show you where to find each one step by step.
All Collectibles Location in Chapter 4
There are 13 collectables to find in Chapter 4 – Mafia The Old Country. If you miss any, don’t worry, you can always come back later to grab them.
Saint’s Card – San Vito
At the start of Chapter 4, you will have to restart your car. Once it’s up and running, turn left and you will spot the shrine right out in the open.
Photo – The Temple Complex
In Chapter 4, after you finish the race with Isabella, you will automatically take a photo of this spot. It’s located northwest of L’Antica Riva.
Trinacria
After reaching the above marked location. You will find the Trinacria kept on a wooden table besides the wooden crates.
Charm – Fantasma
While sneaking into Messina’s camp during “Find Gennaro,” check the stone wall near the entrance for Fantasma. This bead quiets your footsteps, making stealth far easier.

Note – The Hunt for Messina
After reaching the marked location. You will find the the hunt for messina note kept on a the cabinet.
Trinacria
You will find Trinacria in the mountain carving just before the entrance of the cave. Aim it and then shoot it down to get it.
Newspaper – Russo – Japanese War
As you explore deeper into Messima’s Camp, you will come across a big cave. In the middle of it, tucked behind a natural rock pillar, you will spot the “Newspaper: Russo-Japanese War” sitting on some boxes.
Mystery Fox
Once you reach the marked location, walk towards the big rocks. You will find the mystery fox at the edge of the wooden railings.
Note – Gerranro’s Acqusistion
You will find the Gerranro’s Acqusistion note in the same location where you found the mystery fox. Once you grab the mystery fox, take a left and look beneath the rocks and you will find Gerranro’s Acqusistion note.
Charm – San Giuda
Later in the same mission, during “Find a way out of the camp,” you can grab San Giuda, a medallion sitting on a wooden box. It ensures that any weapon you loot from enemies is fully loaded and ready to fire.
Note – Ransom Note – Gennaro
Once you reach the marked location, you will find a text. Beside the tent, you will find a pile of luggage. You will find the Gennaro Ransom note on the luggage.
Trinacria
Walk towards the big rocky gate. You will find Trinacria on the top of the gate. Aim it and then shoot it down to get it.
