If you want to make your Manna Vase better, you will need two kinds of special materials. Forgotten Remembrance is used to increase how many charges your Manna Vase has, letting you use it more times before running out. Lost Remains, on the other hand, improves how much health you recover each time you use it.
All of these upgrades are done through the Impetus Repository, and some of the upgrade nodes can actually be improved more than once. The good news is, if you ever feel like changing things up, you’re free to reset your skill points whenever you want. When you reset anything related to your Manna Vase, the materials you’ve already spent will be refunded, so nothing goes to waste.
First Cloudspire Manna Vase Upgrade
You can grab the first Manna Vase upgrade as soon as you reach the Cloudspire Outskirts. Keep an eye out when you enter the village; you will notice a big drum sitting near a tent. The tent is guarded by a Giant-Shield Brute. Take down this brute, and you will find Lost Remains inside the chest for your upgrade.
Second Cloudspire Manna Vase Upgrade
The second upgrade is hidden in the Rebel Camp. Head to the back section of the camp and look for one of the tall towers. Climb all the way to the top. Be ready, though shielded enemies are waiting up there. Defeat them and you will find Forgotten Remembrance in the chest.
Third Cloudspire Manna Vase Upgrade
When you first step into Cloudspire City, keep an eye on the houses. You will notice one that’s boarded up, but you can see a chest inside. To reach it, you will need to take the long way around, climb some ladders, weave through other buildings, and make your way in. Inside the chest, you will find Forgotten Remembrance.
Fourth Cloudspire Manna Vase Upgrade
Once the quick travel point has been activated, locate a tunnel with swinging pendulum spike traps at the shaft entrance. Go all the way around the walkway and drop down to the ledge. Along the journey, you might even come upon a Wu Gang item and a Bamboo Shoot. The chest containing Forgotten Remembrance is located in a destroyed room full of foes that are becoming corrupted.
Fifth Cloudspire Manna Vase Upgrade
This last one can be tricky. It’s located just past the Bride’s Boudoir fast travel point, where you will also see an imprisoned NPC. You will spot the chest inside a barred room, but you can’t reach it from here.
Instead, return to the Shaft Entrance Shrine by teleporting. Return to the pendulum spike trap tunnel, but avoid falling this time. Steer clear of the traps and use the passageway around the corner where the falling boulders are located. Run to the finish and plunge into the hole after waiting for the boulders to stop. You will arrive in the Bride’s Boudoir, which is a barred room. To obtain Lost Remains, open the chest; to exit, unlock the door.
