If you’re aiming to collect the Secret Tape in Alcatraz, your first step is to complete the “Release the Prisoner” objective. Once you’ve managed to unlock the door to the prison, head inside and look for the spiral staircases on either side. Grind up the rails of either staircase to reach the top floor of the prison. When you get to the upper level, turn around so that you’re facing away from where you came through. You’ll spot a broken doorway ahead, with a rail/pipe extending across to the opposite side of the building. Hop onto this rail and begin grinding. As you move across, keep an eye out to your left, you’ll see the Secret Tape hovering just above the rail. Grind along that section to grab the tape and complete the objective.
