If you want to change your Pal’s gender, here’s what to do. First, add the Pal you want to swap into your party. You need to then head over to the Pal Surgery Table and choose the “Change Gender” option. Keep in mind, you’ll need 1 Pal Reversal item to do this.
The Pal Reversal is a new item you can get by spending 35 battle tickets at arena vendors, or you can pick it as a reward after finishing a bounty. You might even come across one while looting chests or salvaging.
How To Change A Pal’s Passive Skills In Palworld
To do this, just add the Pal you want to improve to your party and interact with the surgery table. You’ll need some gold and a special implant item to perform the procedure.
