In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ, there are Irradiated containers that players can loot from various stash locations and bring to a designated place to get the rewards for them. But this can prove difficult since the entire zone is littered with radiation and enemy threats. In this guide, we will show you where to open Irradiated Containers and how to reach the location safely.
Where to Open Irradiated Containers
You might encounter a few Irradiated Containers while exploring the Haneul Nuclear Reactor. If you are lucky enough to find an Irradiated Container while looting stashes in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ, you can take it to a specific location to claim its rewards.
It is possible that there will be several such containers during your gameplay, but each one of them may contain different types of rewards; therefore, it is recommended that you try using all the containers you find. Before heading to the location, make sure you have a Gas Mask and a Hazmat Suit. You will need them to survive the radiation while completing this task.
Where to Find a Hazmat Suit
The first step is to acquire a Hazmat Suit. Once you obtain one, look for a nearby vehicle and drive to the area contaminated with radiation. In case there are enemies who might attack you on the way, you should prepare yourself to confront them. In addition to this, you should also consider carrying a Gas Mask that is durable enough.
The reason behind this is that the radiation will make you lose your health very quickly if you run out of your protection. You can sometimes find extra Gas Masks by eliminating enemies in the area, so check their loot and keep any spares in your inventory. How to Reach the Irradiated Container Location
As soon as you get to the zone, try to approach as close as you can to the destination point inside the breached Reactor 02’s ground floor. It is likely that you will have to eliminate some opponents first before proceeding to the next location; do that, if necessary. Once it is done, take a Stimulant or any other appropriate healing item, if needed, and sprint to the designated area.
Try not to stay in the zone of radiation for too long, because your Gas Mask will become less durable under the influence of the radiation. If your Gas Mask breaks, your health will start dropping rapidly. Keep an eye out for replacement masks while exploring the buildings, as you may find some along the way.
How to Deposit the Irradiated Container
Once you reach the outer base of Reactor 02, find a ladder that will take you to the upper roof. Walk around until you spot an open doorway that has a flight of stairs going down. Walk around the parameter of the inside area until you spot an opening to jump down to the floor right below. Look around for a device that will accept the Irradiated Container, and this will allow you to unlock it and collect all the epic loot inside.
