Power Rods are rare, so you’ll need to rely on smart scavenging or recycling to secure one. Here’s a quick guide to help you locate, craft, and deliver it with ease.
Tribute to Toledo Quest Objective
In the Tribute to Toledo quest, you’ll have to get one of the Power Rods for Celeste that is being demanded by some powerful thugs posing as the Official Toledo Tubes Management. The only problem here is that it might not be so easy to get your hands on one.
How to Complete the Quest
Most Power Rods spawn near Exodus locations, but they’re extremely rare. Instead, a more reliable method is to obtain a Snap Hook, which can be recycled into a Power Rod and then given to Celeste to complete the quest.
Since Snap Hooks are often awarded from quests, check your inventory to see if you still have any from previous rewards. If you do, simply break one down and recycle it into a Power Rod. Return to Celeste, hand over the Power Rod, and the quest will be complete.
Note: Lost in Transmission is one quest that grants a Snap Hook as a reward.
Alternate Way to Get Snap Hook
You can also loot Snap Hooks from the north and south towers at the Dam Spaceport. Try conducting nighttime raids there—if luck is on your side, you may find one while searching cabinets and drawers.
Successfully completing the quest rewards you with 5x Magnet, 2x Advanced Mechanical Components, and 3x Synthesized Fuel.
