The Tonnage Peel Evocarium in Borderlands 4 is one of the easier puzzles to complete, making it a great way to grab some quick SDU. Located in the northwest section of the map, this challenge requires you to track down three orbs using gliding, climbing, and grappling before unlocking the device to claim your reward.
How to Reach Tonnage Peel and Activate the Puzzle
The Tonnage Peel Evocarium is located in the northwest section of the map. To reach this area, go to the nearby marked spot (1) where you can glide up into the air, then glide across to land in the region (2). From there, head down to the Evocarium puzzle (3).
When you arrive, interact with the device to activate the puzzle. It will project the positions of the orbs in the distance. If you need to see them again, simply interact with the device once more and the projection will replay.
Note: The numbers: 1, 2 & 3 represent the marking on the map.
Orb Locations
First Orb
Travel north from the puzzle device and continue upward. The orb is located one layer higher than the level you first reach. Use your grapple to pull yourself up, then turn around, and you will see the orb directly in front of you.
Second Orb
Head to the left side of the area. Climb up onto the structure, then use a double jump to reach the higher platform. From there, the orb is easy to grab.
Third Orb
This one is also close by. Move toward the nearby path, but be careful not to step into the green substance on the ground as you approach. The orb can be collected safely once you get close.
Once you’ve collected all three orbs, glide back to the device and unlock it to complete the puzzle. Doing so rewards you with 15 SDU.
Tip: Use gliding and grappling to move quickly between platforms. Watch out for hazards like the green substance, which can block your path if you’re careless.
