The First Descendant Hotfix 1.2.3, a maintenance-free patch will go live soon on 01.06.2025 (Mon) at 23:00 PST for Steam, Xbox Series X│S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5. Here are the patch notes.

Content Improvements

(1) Weapons & Modules

– Maximum capacity of High-Power Rounds has been increased from 25 → 50.

– Increased the efficiency of the High-Power Rounds Conversion Module.

ㄴGeneral Rounds Charge Improvement: Reduced the number of General Rounds consumed from 200 → 50.

ㄴSpecial Rounds Charge Improvement: Reduced the number of Special Rounds consumed from 120 → 30.

ㄴImpact Rounds Charge Improvement: Reduced the number of Impact Rounds consumed from 25 → 6.

– Reduced the capacity of the High-Power Rounds Exclusive Rounds Conversion Module.

ㄴReduced the capacity from 16 to 6 to 12 to 2.

(2) UI & UX

– System tab has been added to the chat box.

ㄴYou can choose to display or hide the system messages in the World, Common, and Recruit tabs in the options. (However, system messages will always be displayed in the System tab regardless of the option settings.)

ㄴYou may not enter messages in the System tab.

(3) Better Control and Additional Options

– Expanded controller sensitivity setting from 100 → 200.

– Changed the mouse sensitivity setting unit to 0.1.

– Added the mouse vertical sensitivity setting option.

(4) Miscellaneous

– Lowered the number of Invasion Disruptions required for the Battle Pass’s Week 5 Challenge “Face the Invasion” from 25 times → 10 times.

Bug Fixes

(1) Content

– Fixed an issue where Gluttony would enter Daze during the summoning animation while summoning a Mining Device.

ㄴGluttony and other Colossi have been fixed so that they do not enter Daze during certain hidden mechanics.

(2) Descendants

– Fixed an issue where the Out of Combat state duration for Ajax’s “Void Energy” consumption was displayed in the Skill Info window as if it was increased by the Skill Duration Increase Module.

– Fixed an issue where when Sharen’s “Battlesuit Melting Rounds” Module was equipped, the “MP Consumption” appeared unaffected by the “MP Cost Reduction” in the Skill Info window.

(3) UI/UX

– Fixed an issue where the “Purchase Bundle” button did not function correctly when re-entering the Customize Skin List after pressing “Back.”

– Fixed an issue where the English UI text display of the “Additional Skill ATK for Colossus Attack” option in the random Reactor options had an incorrect line-break.

– Fixed an issue where the Target/Target Reward Tracker was not updated in certain situations.

– Fixed an issue where Bonus Coins were not given to players who reached Battle Pass Season Level 96.

– Fixed an issue where the window appeared abnormally when the player checked Event Information through the “Ingris Search Device.”

(4) Shop

– Fixed an issue where certain exclusive Descendant products failed to display their exclusive descriptions.

ㄴFreyna’s Vulgus Slayer, Freyna’s Quarantine Clearance, Freyna Hair & Makeup 1, and Freyna Hair & Makeup 2

– Fixed an issue where discounts were not applied to the Growth/Support Packages.

ㄴApplicable products: Monthly Crystallization Catalyst Package, Monthly Energy Activator Package, Starter Growth Package

ㄴDescendants who purchased these products at the undiscounted price will have their Caliber refunded. We will notify you in a separate announcement when the refund is given.

(5) Miscellaneous

– Fixed an issue where the normal attack of Follower Shield Bearer dealt no damage.

– Fixed an issue where some Rare Modules were not displayed in the Mission Rewards list for Other Infiltration Support in some maps of the Hard Difficulty Infiltration Operations.

– Fixed an issue where when the Descendant “Ultimate Sharen” respawned with the “Classic Maid Uniform” Body Skin equipped, the Descendant’s appearance was incorrectly displayed.

– Fixed an issue where the first player could not join their allies if they were positioned in a specific location after entering the second room in the multiplayer mode of the “Fortress – Quarantine Zone” Invasion.
