Sumiyoshi Shrine Locations

The Sumiyoshi Shrine is located in Osaka, a sub-region on the western border of Izumi Settsu. Situated south of Osaka city and northeast of the port town of Sakai, it’s an important historical and cultural landmark. The shrine is spread across a large area with several key structures and gates.

The First Shrine Location

The first shrine you’ll encounter is the largest building on the grounds. It sits between the north and southeastern entrances, on the eastern side of the shrine area. You’ll find the middle-most gate, which is where you can pray, located near this main structure.

The Second Shrine Location

Next, the second shrine is located near the northern exit of the shrine grounds. This exit leads across a lake, and the shrine itself sits just north of the first shrine you visited. It’s easy to spot while making your way around the site.

The Third Shrine Location

Finally, the third shrine is found in the western corner of the grounds, close to the western gate. It’s positioned away from the other two shrines, giving it a more secluded feel in the overall layout of the shrine.

Rewards

As you explore the Sumiyoshi Shrine, you’ll be rewarded with 500 XP and 1 Knowledge Point for your efforts, making it a worthwhile visit for those seeking both cultural enrichment and in-game benefits.
