The “Source of the Contamination” quest in ARC Raiders comes from Vendor Celeste at The Dam. She told you that the water had been tampered with, but from the samples brought back, something doesn’t look right. Head back to The Dam and check things out to see what’s going on.
In this mission, you’ll be asked to look into what’s been polluting the area’s water supply. Head over to the Water Treatment Building in The Dam and start your search there. Once you’ve checked the facility, make your way toward the Flood Spill Intake near the swamp to continue the investigation. Keep your eyes peeled for anything that looks suspicious, strange objects or signs of tampering could be clues. Complete the task, and you’ll earn 27,000 XP along with a Burletta Recipe as your reward.
Reach the Water Treatment Building in The Dam
Head over to the northern side of the Water Treatment Plant in The Dam; that’s where you’ll find the drainage area you need.
Go inside, and you’ll spot the objective marker. Once you’re in the right spot, interact with the quest item to diffuse it. This will trigger the next part of the mission. The area might look quiet, but stay alert just in case. After diffusing the item, take a quick look around for anything that seems out of place or suspicious. This will wrap up the investigation.
