If you’re looking to expand your business and keep a steady supply of herbs growing, hiring a Botanist is a must. In Schedule 1 Game, Botanists handle the cultivation process, ensuring a continuous harvest. But before they can get to work, you’ll need to go through a few setup steps to assign them properly. This guide will walk you through the entire process, from hiring a Botanist to setting up their workspace, so they can operate efficiently and maximize your revenue.
How to Assign a Botanist
You can hire Botanists and other employees from the same warehouse where you’ll find the weapons dealer. The warehouse is right across the street from Taco Tickler, just head upstairs to start hiring. Keep in mind, employees can only be hired between 6 PM and 6 AM in-game.
Cost of Hiring a Botanist
To bring a Botanist on board, you’ll need to pay $1,500 upfront, plus a daily wage of $200. Once hired, you will have to follow a series of steps to make sure they work efficiently and complete their tasks properly.
After hiring a Botanist, the first thing you need to do is assign them a bed using the Management Clipboard. This is where you’ll drop off their daily wages to keep them on the job. Next, set up their supplies, this includes soil and seeds. You won’t have to worry about tools, as each employee comes equipped with what they need for their role.
Assigning Grow Pots and Recipes
Once that’s done, assign grow pots and set recipes for each one. It’s best to assign your Botanists to as many grow pots as possible to maximize revenue. Lastly, designate a shelf where they can store the harvested crops. Once everything is set up, your Botanist will automatically grow and harvest the herbs you need. Just make sure their supplies stay stocked so they can keep working without interruptions.
