The Sanctum of Solace is a pivotal midgame sanctum in Crimson Desert. Solving it rewards meaningful story progression with the Witch of Kindness leading to crafting abyss gear and unique gear. This guide gives a clear, step-by-step walkthrough for solving the Sanctum of Solace.
Where is the Sanctum of Solace Located?
Head to the marked location shown in the above map which is just a bit away from the letter “A” and you’ll reach the Sanctum of Solace. Now, this sanctum is not only under Antumbra’s enemies but it also has a boss fight with the Antumbra’s Staff. You’d have to defeat the Antumbra’s Staff and the lackeys before you start cleansing the sanctum.
How to cleanse the sanctum?
We need to find the missing cores of the sanctum and in this case we need two of them. One of them is a power cell which looks like a cube and the other one is a reactor core which looks like the missing pillar’s head.
Where to find the reactor core?
Turn around from the sanctum and you can see a path to the lower level of the ruins. Go down at the pointed location.
You’ll notice the reactor core floating in the empty space there, use your kuku pot to seal the reactor core by using the axiom force on the reactor core.
Where to find the power cell?
You can find the power cell to the right of the reactor core. You’ll see there is a narrow entrance on the wall which leads us inside. You’ll find the power cell behind bars ( like it’s a criminal of some sort xd ). You won’t be able to pull the power cell out so instead use the axiom force and seal it using the kuku pot. Now, get back to the sanctum.
Sanctum of Solace Puzzle Solution
Remove the reactor core from the kuku pot inventory and try to place it on top of the broken pillar and then climb on top of it and use the aerial force palm to push the reactor core in place.
Then do the same with the power cell but you just need to place the cell near its slot and use the force palm skill to fix it in place.
This is going to activate the Sanctum of Solace and cleanse it, shortly after a cutscene will be played with the Witch of Kindness.
