You will find the Qrko egg location in Liar of the Beast. You need to go inside the cave, and on the right side, you will find the Qrko egg in a corner. After hatching Qrko, you will be able to get the New Friend secret achievement.
How to Hatch Qrko in Tainted Grail
If you choose to keep the Questing Beast Egg and hatch it, here’s what you need to do. The instructions on the item tell you that the egg will hatch after you’ve walked 5,000 steps. You don’t need to do anything special, just keep the egg in your inventory and check on it every now and then. Once the step counter hits zero, head to a Campfire and rest. A short cutscene will play, showing the egg hatching.
After that, you can interact with your new little creature. You can pet it, ask it to follow you, or even tell it to do a trick. That’s pretty much it. It’s a cute companion, and don’t worry, it won’t give away your position when you’re sneaking around.
