Praying Mantis Location Grounded 2

In Grounded 2, the Praying Mantis is one of the most challenging and exciting bosses you’ll come across. It’s not just a tough fight; it also drops some rare materials like the Mantis Chunk, Claw, and Head that you can use to craft cool decorative items for your base. This guide will help you find the Mantis, take it down, and make the most of its drops.

Praying Mantis Location

You can get the Praying Mantis Chunk, Claw, and Head as loot by defeating the Praying Mantis in Grounded 2. You’ll find this boss in the area where the Ceremony, Grass Games, and Statue regions all come together. The Praying Mantis Nymph in Grounded 2 is an aggressive creature that won’t hesitate to attack if you get too close.

Be warned, though, this is one of the tougher fights in the game. The Mantis has a huge health pool, so the battle can drag on, but thankfully, it doesn’t hit too hard. Still, it’s a serious challenge, so make sure you’re geared up and ready before you take it on.

When fighting it, keep in mind that it’s weak to Fresh and Slashing damage, so weapons with those traits will help you a lot. On the other hand, it can resist Smashing, Stabbing, and Spicy damage, so avoid using weapons with those types if you want to take it down efficiently.

How to Use the Praying Mantis

If you’re looking to decorate your base in Grounded 2, there are a couple of cool items you can craft using materials from the Praying Mantis. To make the Praying Mantis Wall Mount, you’ll need one Praying Mantis Head and an Acorn Shell. It’s a simple but awesome way to show off your victory.

For something a bit more elaborate, you can craft the Stuffed Praying Mantis Nymph. This one takes a bit more effort. You’ll need one Praying Mantis Head, five Chunks, two Claws, and ten Milkweed Tufts. But once it’s done, it makes a great centrepiece for any base setup.
