If you’re looking to add some real firepower to your loadout in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, the M37 shotgun is a great weapon to pick up. M37 Shotgun in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater
The Ithaca 37 is a pump-action shotgun made in the USA. In the game, the M37 version was carried by attack squads and the elite Ocelot Unit. This one has a sawn-off barrel and stock, making it much lighter, only about 2.9 kg (6.4 lbs), which is very light for a shotgun. It holds four 12-gauge shells in its tube magazine and works with a pump action, so you’ll need to cycle it between shots, which adds a short delay.
All M37 Shotgun Locations
You can find the M37 shotgun in two different spots in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. Once you’ve picked it up, just open the menu, head into your Backpack, go to the Weapons tab, and select the M37 to equip it.

You will find it in Rassvet. Inside the ruined buildings on the left, behind the metal containers. Head over to the corner of the building and look near the stacked boxes. You’ll spot a floating black case there, open it up, and you’ll find the M37 inside.

You will also find it in Chyornaya Peschera Cave. At the start, take the right path instead of heading straight. It is at the end of that path. Right in the middle of this area, you’ll see a black case. Open it up and you’ll get the M37 shotgun.
