Charles is actually one of the easier people to find. He lives on the west side of town and usually works at the gas station in the evenings. As long as nothing unusual has happened to him, like being caught in an explosion, he should be there. If he’s not around right away, don’t worry. He tends to take a route that loops past the tattoo parlor and through the nearby park, eventually ending up at a large building just past the gas station. That’s where he lives. Knock on the door there, sometimes you’ll find other people inside too. If Jerry isn’t home right away, just hang out for a bit. He’ll return eventually, and you’ll get your chance to talk to him. Favorite Drug Effect for Jerry is thought-provoking, gingivitis and bad breath.
