Treasure Dealer
These legendary items cannot be found outright, but instead you need to buy them through the Treasure Dealer and you also need specific resources to craft them. To unlock the Treasure Dealer, you need to progress the main story up to the point where you assassinate Julien Du Casse and take over the Great Inagua island.
After you took over the Great Inagua, you have to construct buildings to develop the island and one of these developments is the Treasure Dealer. You’ll find the treasure dealer near the docks, speak with him and you can construct the building which costs 5000 Reales. Now that you’ve constructed the Treasure Dealer building, speak with him and you can buy the legendary items from the dealer, but you’re going to need resources to buy these items.
Masterwork Blade Legendary Rapier
To craft the Masterwork Blade Rapier, you’re going to need 6 wild pig hides, 4 rabbit pelts and 30 aloe. This weapon deals 29 damage and has a maximum of 3 takedowns. The perk of this rapier recovers some health when you use heavy strikes on enemies.
Matched Golden Swords Legendary Cutlass
To craft the Matched Golden Cutlass, you’re going to need 8 deer hides, 12 crocodile leathers and 20 sugar. This sword deals 25 damage but has a maximum of 4 takedowns and with the perk of this weapon, chained takedowns are much easier with an increased range.
Peaceful Means Legendary Pistol
To craft the Peaceful Means Pistol, you will need 3 capuchin monkey pelts, 4 iguana leathers and 20 rum barrels. This pistol has a range of 20 and the draw speed is 1. The perks of this pistol is that the shots are quieter.
Black Pearl Legendary Trinket
To craft the Black Pearl Trinket, you’re going to need 60 wine, 40 spices, 30 tobacco and 20 aloe. Equipping this trinket will allow you to chain takedown an additional enemy.
