People say that the place is very dangerous for the kids. Kids were beaten, given strange injections and left out in the dangerous areas.

Use the scanner on the 16-year-old and look for bruises around the stomach and on the back. If you saw these bruises, you have found the correct survivor at the checkpoint. Send her to quarantine, and the Kids Aren’t Alright Quest will be completed. For finding the 16-year-old and sending her to quarantine, you will get $1200.
