Keeping an Eye Out Quest
Go to the southern edge of the Barren Clearing and look for the broken highway. Once you reach the broken highway, climb up the damaged road. Keep going all the way to the top, and continue walking until you reach the end of the highway.
Find Bilguun’s shelter and search for any clues of his presence
When you get to the end, drop down carefully. After landing, hold the jump button so you can climb up into a hidden spot nearby. This is Bilguun’s shelter. Once you’re inside, look for clues of his presence and take a photo. Once you take the photo, turn the quest in to Celeste. She will reward you with five Pulse Mines and one Flame Spray.
