Once you’ve taken down this formidable foe, talk to Y’sai to wrap up the mission. You will find Y’sai in Kunafa, Windsong village. Balahara is a large, water-element Leviathan found in the Windward Plains. As a Large Monster, it’s aggressive and often the main target of hunts. Defeating it will earn you valuable materials that can be used to craft powerful gear.

If you’re trying to turn in A Leviathan’s Temper but can’t find Y’sai, there might not be a waypoint leading to him. Y’sai is usually in Kunafa but tends to wander around. Keep in mind that villagers often don’t appear during the sandtide, so you may need to wait for it to pass.
To find him, head to camp, rest, and set the time to daytime with plenty of sand activity, that’s when he usually shows up in Kunafa. If you’re near the end of high rank, be aware that the main quest can lock certain NPCs, especially those in the village. After high rank, some NPCs may also wander out of bounds, so you might have to wait for them to return before you can interact with them.
