Reaching the Treasure Chest in Castillo in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag is all about traversing through a parkour course to reach the room where the treasure chest lies. This guide focuses on the cleanest way to arrive at the chest inside the Castillo area, so you spend less time wandering the rooftops and more time collecting the rewards.
Castillo Fort Location
Head to the exact marked location shown in the above map image, which is located on the north of Havana and you’ll reach the Castillo Fort. You’ll also be presented an opportunity to infiltrate the fort through the main story mission “..And my Sugar?”.
Reaching the Treasure Chest
On the outer walls of the Castillo Fort, run the parkour course to reach the top of the fort. As you move along the path, deal with any enemies you come across however you prefer – stealth or combat.
After that, head down to the lower levels of the fort and navigate through the doorway located beneath the stairs. Go through that entrance to enter a new room.
Go past the stairs to reach the next room and continue left inside the room until you reach the window at the end of the room. Follow through the parkour route to the opposite side of the fort to reach the entrance to the treasure room.
Treasure Chest
Head inside through the window and you’ll find the Treasure Chest tucked inside the room. After opening the treasure chest, you’ll be able to collect the “Voynich Manuscript – Folio 34v”, which is part of a 4 page manuscript collectible.
