Oscar is an illegal merchant who sells the essential Meth-cooking equipment: the Lab Oven and Chemistry Station, along with acid and phosphorus. You’ll need all of these to start cooking.
One key ingredient, Pseudo, isn’t sold by Oscar. To get it, you’ll need to unlock Shirley Watts as a supplier.
