The Ring of Purification is a protection focused item that adds multiple resistances, making it especially useful against dangerous elemental and environmental damage. Old Camp Secret Passage
During the events of Chapter 3, after you’ve collected all the 5 focus stones, you’re sent to Old Camp to speak with Corristo about the Water Mage’s Plan. After speaking with Corristo, he insists that you speak with Milten to exit the Old Camp through a secret passage because of recent events.
Speaking with Milten will trigger a cutscene and then he will guide you to the secret passage, follow him through the secret passage, which leads to an abandoned house located southeast of the Old Camp.
Chest Location
Once you reach the abandoned house, look for a chest under the stairs. The chest hides the Ring of Purification but unfortunately the chest is locked and you need to lockpick in order to collect the ring.
Chest Lockpick Combination
Follow the below step by step instructions to open the chest and collect the Ring of Purification-
- Move the 5th plate to the left 4 times.
- Then move the 3rd plate to the left 6 times.
- Now move the 6th plate to the left 4 times.
- Then move the 3rd plate again to the left 4 times.
- Select and move the 1st plate to the right 3 times.
- Then move the 2nd plate to the left 2 times.
- Now move the 5th plate to the left 2 times.
- And finally move the 4th plate to the left once.
After unlocking the chest, you can collect the Ring of Purification, this ring gives multiple resistance against Fire, Ice, Wind and Falling.
