- After unlocking your first dealer, head to the town where you want to recruit another one.
- Talk to everyone in that town and hand out samples.
- Eventually, you’ll come across someone who can become a dealer, your phone contacts will mark them as such.
- Like with your first dealer, you’ll usually need to offer a signing bonus.
- Once they’re on board, assign them customers through the dealer section on your phone.

Even with the 20% fee dealers charge to sell the product, the overall profit remains substantial with minimal effort, especially considering the significant gains from cultivation. The seed-to-product return is so high that the 20% cut becomes negligible in comparison. By recruiting employees and dealers, profits will continue to grow passively, making it a crucial step toward full automation.
Each town has its own dealer, so as you level up and unlock new areas, you’ll need to meet and connect with them. As you expand into more towns, the dealers become essential since moving large quantities of products requires scaling up production. You’ll also need extra hands, like botanists and chemists, to help refine and improve your products.
