If you want your crew to look like they have sailed straight out of a ghost story, then the Legendary Skeleton Crew cosmetic is the perfect payoff in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag. This vanity isn’t something you earn by completing specific missions, instead you unlock it by heading to a specific unmarked island and purchasing the “Deceased Crew Attire” from a vendor. The real challenge however, is gathering resources needed to buy the vanity. This guide will show you exactly where the unmarked island is located and what resources are required to buy it.
Island Location
Head to the marked location shown in the above map image, which is south of Andreas Island. You can identify the island through the black smoke coming from the island.
Deceased Crew Vanity
There’s a vendor on the island, go through his wares and you’ll find the Deceased Crew Legendary Vanity. You need to buy the vanity from the vendor which costs 206 bones, which is hard to gather because each animal you kill and skin will give you 1 bone. Alternatively, you can buy bones through the Treasure Dealer vendor in Great Inagua but they are way overpriced and would cost you around 1000 Reales for each bone, so that would cost you around 206000 Reales.
Gathering resources for the vanity is a long process but totally worth it because the name of the vanity literally means a skeleton crew.
