The Locked Gate event in ARC Raiders is one of the rarest events, and if you don’t know what to look for, then it can easily be missed. It only appears under specific conditions and rewards players who are willing to thoroughly explore the map. The event asks you to carry out a simple task: find four secret security codes and unlock a gate with them. In this guide, we’ll walk you through where the event happens, where the security codes can spawn, and how to open the gate once you’ve collected them all.
How to do a Locked Gate Event (Security Code Locations)
The Locked Gate event only happens on the Bluegate map during the day. Your main goal is to collect four security codes.
These keys can spawn in four main locations:
- At Ancient Fort, inspect all the surrounding structures and big metal containers.
- At Raiders’ Refuge, take the small houses nearby, the large metal container that is inside, and reach the secret room. The number of containers is limited here, so be sure to check everything.
- Pilgrim’s Peak is a place where there are lots of treasures. First, access the electrical room at the very bottom, then go up the antenna. Each section of the antenna contains loot, and there is even a concealed floor slightly under the topmost floor that is hard to spot. Moreover, look for the nearby storage units, electrical cabinets, and small structures around the peak.
- For Reinforced Reception, as the main building is secured, it will be necessary for you to inspect the containers nearby, which would also include places close to the air shaft by the cliffside.
Find all four security codes first, then go to the Gate Control Room, which is located at the centre of the map. It is a small building, like a storage room, located next to the warehouse complex. There are four consoles, and each one needs a security code. Activate the four, and the outer gate will be opened, revealing a brand-new loot room inside.
