How to Start the Stolen Quarry Quest in Crimson Desert
To start the Stolen Quarry quest, you first need to speak to the NPC in the First Trial of Trust quest. This will start the House Roberts side quest chain and lead you to Karin Quarry to get this quest.
How to Free Karin Quarry from the Bandits
When you reach Karin Quarry, you have to bring the bandit occupation percentage to zero by clearing the enemy groups, destroying important locations around the quarry, and killing the boss. On the left side of the screen, you will find the objectives:
- Infirmary
- Timber Warehouse
- Barracks
- Marne’s Excavatron
You have to destroy the three buildings and kill the boss to capture the area.

Once the three buildings have been destroyed, head to the door indicated to get to Marne’s Excavatron. This fight is much easier when you keep moving. Do not stand in front of the boss.
- Hit once or twice
- Immediately move away
- Block only when you must
The drill attacks can drain a lot of health in no time. Take an opening to strike and then move back. The boss has two attacks that can get you killed if you’re caught:
- Normal underground chase: Simply run back to the surface
- Dark-screen underground chase: You must immediately move away when this occurs; otherwise, you’ll die
After the fight with the boss, you must defeat a few remaining bandits to get the occupation to zero.
Completing Stolen Quarry Quest
After securing the quarry, talk to the NPC near the giant crane. The request is to pull out a giant buried stone block. Go to the top of the crane and operate it carefully to align the hook with the stone block. Once aligned, pull it out by pressing the required key. To finish the quest, go back and talk to Leon Roberts in Hernand Castle Town.
