How to Find the House of God Puzzle
You can buy a pamphlet from Ernesto at the post office that will help you find all the Vatican’s mysteries. Follow the map to reach the Borgia Courtyard. The “House of God” puzzle is located on a high floor at the south end of the Vatican’s Belvedere Courtyard in the Apostplic Puzzle. You’ll need to sneak past the Blackshirts who are setting up a stage at the end of the courtyard.
- Go to the right side of the stage.
- Sneak behind the stage.
- Use your whip to climb the scaffolding.
- Once on the scaffolding, turn left and defeat the fascist guard.
- Continue climbing the scaffolding until you reach the top.
- Jump through the open window into the hallway.
- The “House of God” puzzle box will be in front of you.
The Apostolic Palace is off-limits unless you’re wearing the Blackshirt disguise. So, be cautious if you haven’t gotten that disguise yet. Luckily, there are no enemies in this room. If you’re looking for the solution to the House of God puzzle in Indiana Jones, here’s what you need to do.
How to Solve the House of God Puzzle
When you first see the “House of God” puzzle box, take the Cleaning Note from the top. This note doesn’t provide any clues, but it does mention hidden compartments. When you look at it, you’ll see a lever in the middle that you can move back and forth. Reading the note will add the “House of God” mystery to your journal. The puzzle is a model of St. Peter’s Basilica. It has hidden compartments that need to be opened in a specific sequence.
- To start, you need to push the lever to the right. This will open a secret compartment on the left side of the puzzle box. Inside, you’ll find a Relief Medallion. Take it.
- After taking the Relief Medallion, pull the lever to the left. This will open a secret compartment on the right side. Now, go to the right side of the puzzle box and place the Relief Medallion in the slot. This will open another secret compartment on the left side. Inside, you’ll find a Golden Chalice. Take it.
- Now that you have the Golden Chalice, place it in the center of the puzzle box. This will open the final secret compartment in the front, completing the “House of God” mystery.
This will unlock the final secret panel, revealing the Vatican Relics Exploration Book. This book is a map that shows the location of a hidden relic. With this book, it’s much easier to find all the relics in the nearby area. After solving the puzzles, you’ll earn 100 Adventure Points (EXP). You can use these points to learn new skills from adventure books that you’ve collected.
