To reach the Forgotten Altar puzzle, you’ll first need to complete the Origin of Thoughts. This will lead to a device being activated from behind the area, and the teleporter will send you to a different area. You have to follow the path ahead, go through an area containing some wind turbines and move in that direction until you reach the puzzle location.
Forgotten Altar Abyss Puzzle Solution
When you arrive, you will find a large wind turbine blocking your path. Your goal is to stop it.
- Look for a ball nearby.
- Pick it up and place it into the socket on the ground.
Once the mechanism is activated:
- Move forward and make your way up using the airflow or nearby structures.
- Glide across and land on the platform above.
- Use your focus ability and activate Nature’s Snare to stop the wind turbine.
After stopping it, you need to drop down to a lower section where you will find a small entrance. Crouch and use your ability to open the way forward. Interact with the object inside, then grab onto the nearby structure to get back out safely. Now, just use Focus Palm once more on the floor switch. This will finish the puzzle and make the Abyss Artefact appear for you to collect.
