You will need to explore the Dam Battlegrounds, search around the wrecked bridge, and recover Major Aiva’s Patch that holds the plans. Echoes of Victory Ridge Quest
Celste said that the ground shifted enough to uncover an old First Wave outpost that had been buried under debris. She said there were tremors last night, but she didn’t feel them herself, and she asks for your help finding some supplies.
In the Echoes of Victory Ridge quest, your main goal is to reach Victory Ridge and recover the battle plans hidden under the broken highway. When you arrive at the Dam Battlegrounds, make your way to the West Broken Bridge, which is found on the northern edge of the western side of the Power Generation Complex.
Find the Hidden Box
Once you reach the bridge, look for the last section of the broken road that’s separated from the rest, just past a couple of scrap cars. Go under the right side of that broken road, and you will find a small box you can interact with.
Inside the box, you will discover Major Aiva’s Patch, which holds the battle plans. Pick it up, then either extract safely with it or store it in your safe pocket in case you die before returning. When you get back home, go to the Trader’s Page and give the item to Celeste to complete the quest. After you complete the Echoes of Victory Ridge Quest, you will be rewarded with Crude Explosives, Processor, and Music Box.
