These powerful bosses, including Lord Zir, Varshan, Grigoire, The Beast in the Ice, Duriel, and Andariel, each have their own distinct summoning requirements, often involving rare resources dropped by various in-game events such as Helltide events, Treasure Goblins, and world bosses.
Lord Zir Boss Location & Loot Table
Lord Zir can be found in Kyovashad, within the Darkened Path area in the Seat of the Ancient. To summon him, you will need 12 Bottles of Exquisite Blood, which can be obtained from various sources like Treasure Goblins, world bosses, Helltide events, and the Underworld of Kurast. In addition to dropping unique items, Zir also rewards players with a special cosmetic headpiece. You can summon him at any Torment Level, provided you meet the requirements.

Varshan Location & Loot Table
Varshan can be found near the Whispering Tree in his Malignant Lair, and you can challenge him starting at Torment Level 1. He has specific tasks that reward body pieces required for his summoning, which can also be obtained during Helltide events, so be sure to keep an eye out. Defeating Varshan will earn you unique items, a mount trophy, and other rewards. To summon him at any Torment Level, you will need to have 4 Malignant Hearts in your possession.

Grigoire Location & Loot Table
Grigoire can be found in the Hall of Atonement in the Dry Steppes, starting at Torment Level 1. To summon him, players need to collect 12 Living Steel, which can be dropped by Treasure Goblins, during Helltide events, or found in the Underworld of Kurast, among other sources. In addition to unique items, Grigoire also drops mount armor to enhance your mount’s appearance. Once you have the required Living Steel, you can summon him at any Torment Level.

Duriel Location & Loot Table
To summon Duriel, head to the Gaping Rift located southeast of Gea Kul. Along with his unique items, Duriel also rewards players with a special mount upon defeat. He can be summoned at any Torment Level as long as you meet the requirements.
