The helm can be located close to Deminis, just south of the Golden Plains. To find this, start by going towards the area called Hoo Farm. Once there, continue in the north direction, passing by the surrounding fields and hills, until you reach the helmet inside the tower.

The cloak can be found in the Church of East Deminis. It is found in the back part of the Church building, just outside the rooftop section. To find it, climb up to the rooftop part of the Church and look around for the door.
