A ruined settlement of towers and narrow windswept alleys into a vertigo filled puzzle. The Burhum Maze centers on locating three hidden Engraved Stones tucked behind fragile wall plates and placing them in the correct rooftop niches to activate the Abyss Cresset. Use Force Palm to push the wall plates, search adjacent rooms and upper storeys of the tallest towers for the tones, then climb to the roof chamber and insert them. In this guide, we are gonna walk you through a step by step process of obtaining the Engraved Stones and completing the Burhum Maze Challenge.
Burhum Maze Location

This maze is located at the town of Burhum in the Crimson Desert region, which is occupied by an enemy faction. You can try to complete the maze challenge while ignoring the enemies but I would recommend clearing them first because they have firearms and these buildings have narrow ledges so it’s very annoying trying to find the engraved stones while staying on guard.
Obtaining all Engraved Stones

I would recommend getting the Abyss Nexus near the Burhum town before proceeding. So, you need to collect 3 engraved stones out of which you can find the 2 of them inside the tallest building on top of which the Abyss Cresset lies and you can find the 3rd stone in the lower section of the neighbouring building.

If you make your way to the 1st engraved stone marker as shown in the previous image, you’ll see a large button-like structure, you’d have to use the Force Palm skill and the Engraved Stone will be presented to you.

Make your way to the upper level from the first stone and look for the entrance shown in the above image, enter inside and you’ll see the large button to your right. Use the force palm skill and collect the engraved stone.

To get the third engraved stone, make your way to the lower level of the building on the opposite side of the first engraved stone. You’ll find the entrance to get inside on the opposite side of the building.

After you’ve collected the three engraved stones, make your way to the roof of the tallest building, where you found the first two engraved stones. You’ll see stairs that lead into a room in front of the Abyss Cresset, get inside the room and you’ll see the placeholders for the engraved stones.

Insert the engraved stones and the abyss cresset will be activated and you can claim the Abyss Artifact.
With this you have now completed the Burhum Maze Challenge.
