You first need to activate the bounty by reading a wanted flyer, then track her down, capture her, and deliver her safely to jail to claim the reward.

To begin Bianca’s bounty, you first need to find one of her bounty posters around the area. The locations are random, so you need to check around the settlement walls, boards, and corners to find one. Once you find one, interact with it to begin her bounty.

After that, move to the east side of town where the church is. When you arrive at the location of the church, move upwards. Bianca may be at different locations at different times of the day, so she may not always be at the location of the church.
If it is nighttime, you may need to rest and come back the following day. Bianca may be at other locations; hence, if she is not at the location of the church, search the location thoroughly. In some instances, Bianca may even be at the location of the graveyard, so search the location until you find her.
When you find Bianca, run after her until you catch her. Do not release her when the prompt to release her is shown. Wait for the next prompt; when it is shown, press the button to tie her up. Now take her through town toward the west side of town, where the jail is. Follow the main road to the jail building. Once there, carry Bianca to the jail entrance to start a scene. Upon doing this, you will get 5 silver and 3 rep as a reward.
