The Battening Down quest in ARC Raiders is a short and easy mission that asks you to repair damage around the Riven Tides area. Battening Down Quest
The Battening Down quest in ARC Raiders is one of the first missions you’ll get from Apollo, and it takes place entirely on the new Riven Tides map. First, go to the marked place on the map that is close to some containers. Once you are there, there will be an option to interact. Using it, you can take pictures of the cracked seawall. After that, go to the second spot, which is located in the northeast part. There, you have to find two big pipes coming out of the sand and fix their leak.
Sample the Shoreline
In the final part, visit the Azuro Resort Hotel zone. Search this zone and examine the sand thoroughly until you find seaweed. After finding the seaweed, interact with it to collect the specimen. Although there could be many seaweed patches, only one of them works, so try each patch until you find the correct one. Finally, after completing all three stages, all that remains to do is extract successfully. Once extracted, you can turn in the quest and finish it.
Upon completing the Battening Down quest and repairing all the damaged sections, you will earn several useful items. These include the Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 107, which can be used to access a new area, and the smoke grenade trap, which can be used in combat or when escaping from enemies.
