Golden Scale of Justice Location in Avowed
In the “Totem of Rightful Rulership” quest, you’re on a hunt for seven pieces of Woedica’s God Totem scattered across Dawnshore. Finding all seven fragments will let you create the Scales of the Oathbinder. Just a heads-up: you’ll need the totem base before you can start placing the fragments at your camp.
To find the Golden Scale of Justice in Paradis, you won’t find it in Hightown. It’s tucked away in the northern part of the Market District, west of the Apothecary’s Shop. Getting to it requires a bit of climbing and jumping.
Look for a building with a balcony and a painting sitting outside. You can reach this balcony by climbing some scaffolding in the eastern part of the city. Once you’re on the balcony, go inside. You’ll find a ladder leading down into a room where you’ll have to fight some Phantom enemies. After you defeat them, you can grab the God Totem fragment at the back of the room.
