1. ECHO Log
The An Eridium Brief Echo Log can be found inside Lictor’s Black Site. It’s placed in the room filled with test tubes, resting next to a dead body in the middle of the area.
2. Dead Bolt
The Parting Gift Dead Bolt is located in Windspear. You’ll find it at the end of a valley, placed beside a broken vehicle with a body lying nearby.
3. Lost Capsule
The Lost Capsule in Windspear is located on top of a tall tower. You’ll spot it positioned next to some garbage. Once collected, this capsule decrypts at The Nightcap.
4. Propaganda Speaker
To collect this Propaganda Speaker, you’ll first need to complete the Undepleted challenge and defeat the enemies in the area before you can access the speaker.
5. Vault Fragment
The Vault Fragment in Windspear is located inside The Vestal Garrison. Head to the lower-level office room, and you’ll find it placed there.
6. Vault Symbol
The Vault Symbol in Windspear can be found high up on the side of a building next to a vent. To reach it, use the platform on the north side of the building, where you’ll find both a grapple point and a ladder that help you climb up to the symbol.
