The Heart of the Mountain is a small but tricky area in Borderlands 4, with five collectibles to find in total. There are four ECHO Logs and one Vault Symbol hidden around the place. Some of them are out in the open, while others are hidden away in caves or up on cliffs. A couple of the ECHO Logs can only be found during a side mission. This guide will help you find each collectible step by step.
The Heart of the Mountain All Collectables
The Heart of the Mountain area in Borderlands 4 has a total of five collectibles to track down. As you explore, you will come across four ECHO Logs and a single Vault Symbol hidden around the region.
ECHO Logs 1
You will find the Pet Sitter collectible sitting on a shelf behind the bar, hidden away on a ledge higher up the cliff.
ECHO Logs 2
The Phone Home collectible is sitting on top of a crate, right below the Sanctuary’s control room.
ECHO Logs 3
You can spot The Lost Miner inside a cave along the cliff, resting on top of a generator. You will only be able to reach it while playing through the side mission It’s a Whole Phase Situation. Keep in mind this one doesn’t actually count toward the area’s collectible total.
ECHO Logs 4
The Path Forward collectible is hidden deep inside a cave up on the cliff. You will find it resting on a ledge, leaning against a crate, but you can only get to it while working through the side mission It’s a Whole Phase Situation.
Vault Symbols
You can find this Vault Symbol on a piece of metal hidden behind a trash can, right in front of a bar that sits on a ledge up the cliff.
