Terminus District All Collectables
The Terminus District in Borderlands 4 is packed with things to discover, offering a total of 25 collectibles to track down. As part of the Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos, you’ll be uncovering 16 ECHO Logs scattered across the area, along with 3 Dead Bolts and a single Electi Safe waiting to be cracked open. Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos
You’ll find the “Vault Hunting” collectible sticking out of a corpse’s head, propped up against a vehicle.

The “Propaganda Rehearsals” log is sitting on a bench that’s attached to a pillar just outside the One Kairos News Network building.

In the Terminus District, you can find the “Missing Persons” log placed on a table tucked beneath a staircase.

You can find DO NOT LISTEN! Solution 1 in the first room of the No-Escape Room. Just follow the side mission, and look inside the tunnel on top of a small dirt hill.

DO NOT LISTEN! Solution 2 is located in the second room of the No-Escape Room. As you progress through the side mission, look above the magma in the gears to find it.

No Escapes Means No Escapes can be found in the third room of the No-Escape Room. Follow the side mission, and you’ll find it at a dead end next to a body.

DO NOT LISTEN! Solution 3 is in the third room of the No-Escape Room. As you follow the side mission, look at the dead end it’s hidden behind a wooden board on top of a table.

PF94_Self-Observation Record 4 is located underground in the Hydrus Sublab. Climb the tall ladder and you’ll find it sitting on top of a control panel while progressing through the Below the Surface side mission.

PF94_Self-Observation Record 7 can be found underground in the Hydrus Sublab. Go through a vent into a side room, and you’ll see it on top of a counter while doing the Below the Surface side mission.

PF94_Self-Observation Record 124 is hidden underground in the Hydrus Sublab. In a large room, check the base of a broken window next to a body while progressing through the Below the Surface side mission.

PF94_Ted’s Return is found underground in the Hydrus Sublab. You’ll get it from Ted as you progress through the Below the Surface side mission.

PF94_Observation Log-EX1710 is located underground in the Hydrus Sublab. In the final room with the elevator, you’ll find it next to a body while completing the Below the Surface side mission.

Brenda’s Log is dropped by Brenda in The Dunk during the Love in the Time of Eridium Poisoning side mission. Note that this one doesn’t count toward the district’s collectible total.

World’s Greatest Overlord can be found on top of a small crate next to a shipping container along the road.

Parting Gifts is hidden under a metal plate in the floor. You can move the plate by pulling a nearby lever, and it becomes accessible after completing the AAA for Effort side mission.
Dead Bolts 1
Pit Stains is located under a walkway near a tunnel entrance. You’ll find it sitting on a crate next to a body.
Dead Bolts 2
Cold Hearts, Soft Paws can be found in an area full of cages. Look on the ground next to a dead body to spot it.
Dead Bolts 3
Selfie Shock is found in a second-floor room behind a locked door. There’s a dead body nearby, and you’ll need a battery to access it, which you get after completing the AAA for Effort side mission.
Electi Safes
Electi Safe is located halfway up a tower, resting on a scrap metal ledge.
Lost Capsules
Lost Capsule can be found on top of a pile of garbage in the sewage. It decrypts at The Food Court and rewards you with 15 SDU.
