Chapter 2 & Chapter 3 Secret Area Locations – Doom: The Dark Ages
Chapter 2 & Chapter 3 combined in Doom: The Dark Ages contain nine Secret Areas in total. Below, we’ve outlined where to find each one.
Secret Area 1

When you first smash a door by throwing your shield at it, go inside and immediately look to your left for another door that you may break through. Once inside, walk the trail to discover the secret and locate a Life Sigil nearby.
Secret Area 2 & Imp Stalker (Toy)

Proceed up the two short flights of stairs in the following room, then turn around to reach a climbing area. After you’ve done that, drop to the ground and turn around to discover the secret.

It’s just around the corner. In the next chamber, just after the last one, descend to the lower floor, proceed up the short set of stairs, pass through a doorway, and climb over a crate to the left.
75 Gold (75/210)
You can find 75 gold from multiple pickups after the battle with the Hell Knights and moving on to the next sector. Several more are on the floor behind and beneath the Sentinel Shrine, and fifty are in a chest. For the sake of the story, you must take it up.
5 Gold (80/210)

A door will open to your left after you exit the Sentinel Shrine. Enter, then turn right toward the red barrier. Look up and to your right to see a wall that may be climbed; this is where the secret and five gold are.
Secret Area 4
5 Gold (85/210)
The secret and five gold are inside the door on the left, which you may open just before the wall where the stone imps smash through.
16 Gold (101/210)
A short distance later, on the main plot path, you will drop down a pit after an electrified hallway to see 16 Gold in front of you.
Secret Area 5

The secret, five gold, and a life symbol are at the end of the trail; glance left to see a vent you breach after obtaining the Accelerator weapon (connected to the tale) and defeating the demons in the following room.
8 Gold (114/210)
It’s impossible to miss the green missiles being fired from a turret to the left when you climb up a wall into a vent; parry it back to destroy it and expose the riches.
16 Gold (130/210)
You will return to the room outside the Sentinel Shrine if you continue on the main road. The portal beneath Secret #3 is now open, and 16 gold lies inside.
Secret Area 6 & (144/210) 5 Gold + 9 Gold

You will reach an outdoor area where you must descend, pass the fire-sprinkling pipes, ascend a short set of stairs, climb the wall on the left, and gather the five gold coins. Look to your right now to spot a wall that you can smash with your shield. Leap in and use the valve to extinguish the fire at the pipes. The secret, nine gold, and a life sigil are hidden behind a wall that a hell knight will breach if you enter the recently opened portal.
Secret Area 7 & 8 Gold (152/210)
Once you have defeated every enemy in the next required battle, a door on the left will open, revealing eight gold.
Secret Area 8 & 50 Gold (202/210)
Just to the right of the second Sentinel Shrine is a hole in the wall; proceed all the way to the end of the walkway to uncover the secret and a box that holds fifty gold coins.
Secret Area 9 & 8 Gold (210/210) + Shredder – Nightmare (Weapon Skin 1)
To locate the weapon skin, climb past the Sentinel Shrine, look left to see three boxes, climb up, and then climb into the vent to discover three gold. Then, descend down the next hole to find five more gold.
