In Grounded 2, finding Milk Molars and Mega Milk Molars is key if you want to upgrade your teen and boost your whole party. These glowing teeth are hidden all over Brookhollow Park, and collecting them lets you improve stats like health, stamina, healing, and more. In total, there are 32 Milk Molars and 18 Mega Milk Molars, spread across 10 different regions. This guide will show you where to find every single one, so gear up and get exploring.
All 50 Milk Molar and Mega Milk Molar Locations
There are a total of 32 Milk Molars and 18 Mega Milk Molars hidden across 10 different regions in Brookhollow Park. If you manage to collect all of them, you’ll be able to fully upgrade your teen’s stats and even boost your entire party.
To break them open, you’ll need the Omni-Hammer. But keep in mind: Mega Milk Molars require the hammer to be upgraded to tier 2 before you can smash them. So make sure your gear is ready before you go hunting.
Snackbar Front Molar Locations
The Snackbar Front area is where you’ll first start out in Grounded 2. It’s located in the middle-left part of Brookhollow Park. Overall, it’s a pretty safe place to explore most of the tougher tier 2 and 3 enemies are either rare or only found around the edges of the zone.

First Milk Molar Location
Just look inside the Styrofoam cup lying around you’ll find the Milk Molar sitting in there.
Second Milk Molar Location
Head through the Tunnel Entrance, go past the machines and cabinets, and you’ll find a small cave behind a Dead Root. The Milk Molar is tucked away inside.
Third Milk Molar Location
Climb up onto the porch and look above the nail you’ll spot the Milk Molar resting right on top.
Fourth Milk Molar Location
Make your way down the tunnel past a Dead Root to reach the depths of the Hatchery Anthill. The Milk Molar is hidden down there.
First Mega Milk Molar
Look for a high ledge underneath the KLBBII News Camera. It might take some climbing, but the Mega Milk Molar is right up there.
Second Mega Milk Molar
You’ll see a headless BURG.L leaning against a dial. Climb up and check the top, there’s a Mega Milk Molar resting there.
Third Mega Milk Molar
Venture into the Hatchery Anthill and head toward the cavern behind the Dead Root. That’s where the Mega Milk Molar is hidden.
Picnic Table Molar Locations
The Picnic Table is a small biome on the west side of the Backyard. Getting to the top isn’t straightforward; you’ll need to use a few specific paths or tricks to climb up there.
First Milk Molar Location
Look inside the bottle that’s sitting inside the Picnic Fridge Cooler you’ll find the Milk Molar tucked in there.
Second Milk Molar Location
Head into the Tunnel Entrance near the Picnic Table area and explore underground. The Milk Molar is hidden somewhere down there.
Third Milk Molar Location
Just check inside the Styrofoam cup nearby you’ll spot a Milk Molar resting inside.
Fourth Milk Molar Location
Enter through the North Entrance of the Toxic Anthill, take the first left, and look for a cavern with bones. The Milk Molar is waiting inside.
Fifth Milk Molar Location
Open up the Ice Caps case that’s sitting inside the briefcase. You’ll find the Milk Molar safely tucked in there.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
Climb above the web bridge inside the Tablecloth Orb Weaver Den. You’ll find the Mega Milk Molar resting up there.
Second Mega Milk Molar Location
Look for a tunnel that’s sealed off by cracked rocks on the north and east side of the area. Break through, and you’ll find the Mega Milk Molar inside.
Pine Hills Molar Locations
The Pine Hills is a small biome on the north side of the Backyard. Getting there isn’t straightforward you’ll need to use a few specific paths or tricks to go there.
First Milk Molar Location
Look around the ground behind the ORC Weaver spiders you’ll find the Milk Molar tucked back there.
Second Milk Molar Location
There’s one just lying on the ground in plain sight. Keep your eyes open as you explore the area.
Third Milk Molar Location
Head into the North Entrance of the Spider Den Anthill. In the cavern with the O.R.C. Red Soldier Ants, look up on the ledge that’s where the Milk Molar is hiding.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
There’s a Mega Milk Molar sitting inside a green cage. It’s not too hard to spot once you get close.
Fire Pit Molar Locations
The Fire Pit is a small biome on the west side of the Backyard. Getting there isn’t straightforward as you’ll need to use a few specific paths or tricks and heat resistant items to go there.
First Milk Molar Location
Head to the middle of the fire pit and look at the statue of Yoked Girth. The Milk Molar is resting right in his hand.
Second Milk Molar Location
Look around the firewood stack nearby you’ll find a Milk Molar sitting right next to it.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
Climb up onto the Fire Pit Grill and check the paper plate next to the Billy Hog. Be careful a Cockroach Queen guards this area.
Second Mega Milk Molar Location
Explore the Stranger’s base near the fire pit area. You’ll find a Mega Milk Molar hidden inside.
Entrance Molar Locations
The Entrance is a small biome on the north side of the Backyard. Getting there isn’t straightforward you’ll need to use a few specific paths or tricks to go there.
First Milk Molar Location
You’ll find a Milk Molar sitting in a Styrofoam cup close to the Trash Can just peek inside.
Second Milk Molar Location
Near the Entrance area, check under a tree root that’s leaning against a rock. The Milk Molar is tucked underneath it.
Third Milk Molar Location
Look up at the side of the tree for a large mushroom. Climb up and you’ll spot the Milk Molar sitting right on top.
Fourth Milk Molar Location
From the Tunnel Entrance, take the right path. Break through the Cracked Rock to reach a small cave with the Milk Molar inside.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
Head down the right-side path behind the Dead Root inside the Ranger Outpost’s rear tunnel. You’ll find a Mega Milk Molar at the end.
Second Mega Milk Molar Location
Climb up to the top of the Trash Can. Look beneath the central pile of trash there’s a map and the Mega Milk Molar is hidden right under it.
Ice Cream Cart Molar Locations
The Ice Cream Cart is a special biome found inside the big Ice Cream Cart in Grounded 2. It’s packed with useful items, but also crawling with different types of Northern Scorpions, so be prepared for a fight.
While you’re inside this area, your Chilling meter will slowly build up over time, and keep in mind Buggies can’t enter the biome, so you’ll have to go in on foot.
First Milk Molar Location
Go inside the Ice Cream Cart and head to the very back of the room packed with ice cream. Look behind a popsicle there’s a Milk Molar tucked away in the corner.
Second Milk Molar Location
There’s a small cave you can get into either from the Tunnel Entrance or from underneath the Ice Cream Cart. Head inside to grab the Milk Molar.
Third Milk Molar Location
This one’s also in a cave accessible from the Tunnel Entrance, so be sure to check both paths just to be safe.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
Look for a large pinecone near a tree in the Ice Cream Cart area. Just behind it, on the ground, you’ll spot a Mega Milk Molar.
Second Mega Milk Molar Location
Go through the Ice Cream Cart and make your way past the fan mechanism. Follow the slope down to the bottom there’s a Mega Milk Molar waiting there.
Third Mega Milk Molar Location
Take the right path from the Tunnel Entrance and look underneath the Lamppost. You’ll find a small cave down there with a Mega Milk Molar inside.
Fourth Mega Milk Molar Location
To reach this one, go inside the truck and destroy the icicles that are jamming the iron mechanism. Once that’s done, climb up to the top wheel to grab the Mega Milk Molar.
Ceremony Molar Locations
The Ceremony is a small biome on the north side of the Backyard. Getting there isn’t straightforward; you’ll need to use a few specific paths or tricks to go there.
First Milk Molar Location
Look around the base of the rock in the Ceremony area you’ll find a Milk Molar hidden just underneath it.
Second Milk Molar Location
Climb up to a ledge beside the rock and check under the small roots hanging there. The Milk Molar is resting right on that ledge.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
As you’re climbing up inside the podium, check the back. There’s a Styrofoam cup with a Mega Milk Molar sitting inside.
Second Mega Milk Molar Location
Go to the back of the empty terrarium in the Ceremony area and look behind a stick. That’s where the Mega Milk Molar is tucked away.
Grass Games Molar Locations
The Grass Games is a small biome on the north side of the Backyard. Getting there isn’t straightforward you’ll need to use a few specific paths or tricks to go there.
First Milk Molar Location
Tucked into a groove underneath a brick get close and peek under to spot it.
Second Milk Molar Location
Just below the top of the sprinkler, sitting on a tiny island in the middle of the pond. Keep an eye out while exploring the water!
Statue Molar Locations
The Staute is a small biome on the north side of the Backyard. Getting there isn’t straightforward you’ll need to use a few specific paths or tricks to go there.
First Milk Molar Location
Look inside the big red Wiffle Ball you’ll find the Milk Molar right in there.
Second Milk Molar Location
Head into the tunnel just south of the area. It leads into the hedge, where the Milk Molar is hidden.
Third Milk Molar Location
Check underneath the spotlight in the Statue area there’s a Milk Molar right below it.
Fourth Milk Molar Location
Look around the ground beneath the rose bushes. The Milk Molar is tucked away there.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
Explore Level B11 in the Statue zone, and you’ll come across a Mega Milk Molar hidden inside.
Snackbar Molar Locations
The Snackbar is the first area you’ll explore in Grounded 2, found in the middle-left part of Brookhollow Park. It’s a pretty safe zone to start in most tier 2 and 3 enemies are rare here, and the few that do show up are usually found near the edges of the area.
First Milk Molar Location
You’ll find this Milk Molar deep inside the Snackbar Anthill. Just follow the middle path down into the cave, and near the bottom, take the small room on the right it’s waiting for you in there.
Second Milk Molar Location
You can find this one at the very end of the Ant Cave, just outside the window of the Ominent Onboarding Facility the same spot where Ms. Beaumont’s warning plays over the intercom.
First Mega Milk Molar Location
This one’s sitting on the edge of a wooden slab leaning up against a wall. Climb up carefully and you’ll spot it right at the top.
