If you want to collect some of the best rewards in Crimson Desert, hunting legendary animals is one of the most important things you need to do. Legendary animals are located in various places in the world, such as deep forests, snowy mountains, rivers, deserts, and islands. In total, there are 24 legendary animals, and although some of them can be easily located, others require specific quests or searching before they appear. All Legendary Animals Location
Legendary animals are some of the most rewarding side activities that you could do in Crimson Desert. There are a total of 24 legendary animals in the game, and they all have special rewards that are worth collecting. These include powerful Abyss equipment, weapons, accessories, and even furniture trophies for your home.
The first legendary animal that you need to unlock is the Legendary Wolf. When you finish the quest for this legendary animal, you will receive Lieber’s Soul. When you use this item, all the legendary animals in the game will be permanently marked on your map.
Black Fang (Legendary Wolf)
The Legendary Wolf is found in the Forest of Wolves, which is situated in the Hernandian Territory. To hunt the Legendary Wolf, you must first start the “Howls from North Gate” quest by completing the House Celeste Faction Quest. When you enter the forest, it is important to have your Lantern equipped. This will allow you to see a golden path that will lead you to the Legendary Wolf.
Silver Fang
Silver Fang can also be found in the Forest of Wolves, not too far from where you fought Black Fang. After you’ve reached the area where you fought Black Fang, look a bit further north, and you will find a small cave where Silver Fang will be, resting with its pack. Beating it will give you the Silver Fang Helm.
Scavald the Carrion King (Legendary Hyena)
Scavald, the Carrion King, is available when you complete the “Lords of Unclaimed Lands” quest in the Crimson Desert faction quests. You simply need to find the bounty notice of Skevald in Tommaso to start the quest. When you have the bounty, go to the hunt area. When you get there, make sure to equip your Lantern and light it up to reveal the golden glow of the path. Follow it carefully, and it will lead you to the exact location of Scavald.
White Lion
The White Lion can be found in the northeastern edge of the Crimson Desert, in the bottom right of the desert area below Vanier. It is in a late-game area. Defeating the White Lion rewards players with the White Lion Necklace.
Black Lion
The location of the Black Lion is between Hexe Sanctuary and Valley of the Moon, near the border of the Golden Plains. This one might be a bit more difficult to find, as it seems to roam its location more than most legendary animals.
White Tiger
White Tiger is located in the jungle east of Demeniss. Once you get to the White Scaled Crocodile area, go a little south, and you will find it there. Beating this creature rewards you with predator gear and is one of the best pieces of gear in the game.
White Bear
The White Bear is located in the far northwest snowfields, at the top-left corner of the map in the snowy region. It is one of the farther-off legendary creatures, so getting to it takes a bit of time. When killed, the White Bear drops the White Bear Helm.
White-Scaled Crocodile
The White-Scaled Crocodile can be found on the river east of Demeniss, near the riverbank near the Sanctum location. It is one of the first legendary creatures many people hunt because of the reward. It drops the Crocodile Gloves.
Red River Hog
The Red River Hog can also be found in the jungle east of Demeniss. The Red River Hog stays along the river. Unlike other predator bosses that provide combat gear, this one will provide cosmetic gear.
White Moose
The White Moose is located in Pailune, on the right side of The Black Wall. It is easier to see when there is open terrain around it. Defeating it earns a house trophy item that can be displayed at your house.
White Bison
The White Bison appears near the southern edge of the Crimson Desert, close to Tashkalp. It usually rewards a decorative item rather than combat equipment.
Giant White Bison
The Giant White Bison is located in Pailune near the area around the letter P on the map. Its reward is a large furniture trophy.
Snow White Deer
The Snow White Deer is found in Pailune near the area marked around the letter A in Pailune. Defeating it rewards the White King’s Candlestick, a decorative item that works well as a trophy for your house.
Vine Deer
The Vine Deer can be found at Bow Spirit Cape, which is a flower-covered island located to the west of Delissia. It is one of the more peaceful legendary creatures and offers a piece of furniture.
White Elk
The White Elk can be found near the Abyss Tower, which is located near the Upper Nas River on the western part of the map. It offers another piece of furniture, making it a part of the house collection.
Phoenix
The Phoenix is deep in the central desert and way out in the remote sand-covered region. It is one of the hardest to find of all the legendary creatures, as it is not always near the ground.
Clockwork Fish
The Clockwork Fish can be found by going to a small stream southeast of Tashkalp. When you arrive at the location, look around until you see a small stream running through the ground, then go fishing there. That is where the Clockwork Fish can be found.
Coelacanth
The Coelacanth can be found in the river flowing between Delysia and Dewhaven. The best place to catch the Coelacanth is in the middle section of the river, specifically near the Cliff of Despair.
Golden Carp
The Golden Carp can be found near Pailune. If you open up your map and look at the little patch of water near the Pailune, fishing there should give you a Golden Carp.
Golden Coelacanth
The Golden Coelacanth can also be found near Pailune. Travel to the waters near Deadfire Mountain and start fishing there.
Golden Tench
The Golden Tench can be found in the southwestern part of the map. To find it, you need to go to the body of water directly opposite the Mountain of Frozen Souls, where you will be able to catch it.
White Legendary Horse
To obtain Royler, you need to go to the Silverwolf Mountains in Pailune Field. Royler is a legendary white horse that can be found near a camping site called Snowgrass Hearth, near the lake.
Red Legendary Horse
To collect Camora, you need to go to the Redtree Forest in the southern part of the Crimson Desert. The legendary red horse is near the Red River and is found wandering through the forest area.
Black Legendary Horse
To obtain Rokade, you need to go way down to the Steel Mountains in Grace Estate. This legendary black horse is usually by a lake, near the Spire of Insight. Once you arrive in the area, you should be able to see Rokade by the lake and the surrounding grassy area.
