Fades District All Collectables
In the Fades District of Borderlands 4, there’s a total of 19 collectibles waiting to be found. As you explore the area in your Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos journey, you’ll come across 9 ECHO Logs, 3 Dead Bolts, 1 Electi Safe, and 1 Lost Capsule. There’s also a single Propaganda Speaker, 1 Evocarium, and 2 Vault Symbols hidden throughout the district, giving plenty to discover as you explore.
Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos
In Dominion City, you’ll find this collectible attached to the side of a crate in one of the courtyards.
ECHO Logs 1
During the main mission Plan Z, you’ll find Zadra’s Last Log lying next to Zadra’s body. This one is special it doesn’t count toward the Fades District’s collectible total.
ECHO Logs 2
You can find Poor Kitty? sitting on top of a crate inside a small shed in the Fades District.
ECHO Logs 3
Slumdog Beth is located on the first floor of the Lakeside Properties, resting on top of a table.
ECHO Logs 4
The Tastes of War can be found on the roof of a building, perched on top of a wooden post.

A Moment of Silence is tucked on a ledge along a wall, sitting on top of a couch.

Away Message can be found sitting on top of a bench by the side of the street.

Missing In Action is located on a bench tucked under an awning beside the road.

Old Wounds can be found on a table right at the entrance of Raymond’s base. You’ll reach it as you progress through the side mission Old Lads.

Student Driver can be found lying on the bed of a crashed vehicle.
Dead Bolts 3
Hindsight is sitting on the ground next to a large plant by the sewage river.
Electi Safes
The Electi Safe is perched on a platform that’s hanging from a crane.
Lost Capsules
The Lost Capsule is tucked at the end of an alleyway, resting on a pile of garbage. When you decrypt it at Sumpview Falls, it rewards you with 15 SDU.
