The Dissected Plateau in Borderlands 4 is a treasure trove for collectors, with a total of 20 hidden items scattered across the area. From ECHO Logs that reveal bits of the story to Propaganda Speakers, Vault Symbols, and unique collectibles like the Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos, there’s plenty to discover if you take the time to explore. This guide will help you track down every collectible in the Dissected Plateau.
Dissected Plateau All collectables
The Dissected Plateau in Borderlands 4 is packed with collectibles there are 20 in total. You’ll find a single Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos, eleven ECHO Logs, one Dead Bolt, and one Lost Capsule. There are also two Propaganda Speakers, one Survivalist Cache, one Evocarium, and two Vault Symbols scattered throughout the area. It’s a pretty good mix if you’re looking to explore and grab everything.
1. Lost Capsule
The Lost Capsule can be found on the east side, at the very end of a broken wooden walkway just below the main building. Once you grab it, it decrypts at Wyclef’s Reprieve, and your reward for collecting it is 15 SDU.
2. Propaganda Speaker
The first Propaganda Speaker can be found at the Deep Seven Order Silo, which is the northernmost building in the area. As you make your way through the facility toward the silo, you’ll come across a spot where you can turn right follow that path, and you’ll reach the speaker sitting on the roof of the building.
3. Vault Symbol (A Lot to Process Main Mission)
This Vault Symbol is located near the southwest corner of the Dissected Plateau, inside the large Order base. Keep moving forward until you reach a doorway on your right leading into an office, and you’ll find the symbol there just interact with it to collect it.
4. Echo Log
This ECHO Log is tucked near the bottom of the Dissected Plateau. Look for a long building with a green roof, and you’ll find it a little to the right of the stable section of that building.
5. Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos
This collectible is located slightly south of the center of the Dissected Plateau. You’ll spot it hanging on a wooden post right before you reach the training dummy.
6. Evocarium
In the far-west part of the map, in an area called the Dissected Plateau, you’ll find an Evocarium near Zadra’s Lab, just northeast of the Arch of Inceptus. The spot is home to a small camp of Rippers, so you’ll need to climb to the top of the camp to reach the Evocarium, which sits on a ledge overlooking the road. Once you explore it and complete the challenges inside, you’ll earn Ordinite, which can be used to upgrade your SDU slots. The nodes inside appear on the roofs of several buildings nearby, each with its own unique placement.
7. Vault Symbol
This Vault Symbol is located just west of the center of the Dissected Plateau. From the nearby stairs, head southeast and you’ll spot a small cluster of trees look behind them, and you’ll find the symbol tucked away.
8. ECHO Log
This ECHO Log is located close to the Zadra’s Backup Plan fast travel station. Inside a nearby room, you’ll notice a white chair lying on the floor. Just to the right of it, on top of a counter next to a sink, you’ll find the ECHO Log.
9. ECHO Log
This ECHO Log is also near the Zadra’s Backup Plan fast travel station. You’ll find it sitting on a gray metal table, right next to a computer monitor.
10. Survivalist Cache
This hidden Survivalist Cache is tucked away in the northwest part of the Dissected Plateau. Look for an antenna, and beneath it, you’ll find an open sewer pipe. Crawl through it, and it will take you straight to the cache.
11. ECHO Log
This ECHO Log is located on the northeast side of the Dissected Plateau. As you approach the door, glance to your left a bit, and you’ll spot it resting on a gray metal crate.
12. ECHO Log
This ECHO Log is tucked deep inside the Synthetic Nave. You’ll find it on some barrels that are covered by a blue tarp.
13. ECHO Log
This ECHO Log is located deep inside the Synthetic Nave. Look around carefully, as it’s tucked away within the area.
14. Propaganda Speaker
The second and final Propaganda Speaker in the Dissected Plateau part of The Fadefields is located in Boglight Vigilance, which is the southernmost area of the section. Make your way to the southern edge of the plateau, then head east, and you’ll spot the speaker sitting in a pile of junk. This one’s a bit different from the first, because instead of dealing with The Order or Rippers, you’ll face Threshers during the activity.
15. ECHO Log
This ECHO Log is in the northwest part of the Dissected Plateau, just below the Deep Seven Order Silo. If you haven’t completed the Exit Through the Rift side mission, the door here will be closed. Once it’s open, step inside, and you’ll find the ECHO Log immediately on your left, near two tall, skinny lights.
16. ECHO Log
This ECHO Log is in the same area and shares the same requirements as the previous one. Head into the corner with a couple of white couches, and you’ll find it sitting on a table right there.
17. ECHO Log
To find this ECHO Log, you’ll first need to start the Exit Through the Rift side mission. Inside the northernmost room, you’ll spot the Subject 1418 ECHO Log resting on top of a large case lying on the floor.
18. ECHO Log
Next, head into the third room to the south to find the Subject 1015 ECHO Log. It’s inside, lying on a large case close to the floor.
19. ECHO Log
There’s a vent here that you can grapple open and crawl through. Follow it all the way to the end, and you’ll enter a new room. As you drop out of the vent, ECHO Log sitting on top of a long crate right in front of you.
20. Dead Bolt
This Dead Bolt is located just south of the center of the Dissected Plateau. Look beneath a large tree to the southeast, and you’ll find it tucked away there.
