Dispatch Episode 3 continues Robert’s story as he tries to turn his team of superheroes into a group that actually works together. This episode has fewer dialogue choices than the previous ones, but some of them still affect how your teammates feel about you. In this guide, we’ll walk you through all the choices and outcomes in Episode 3, and explain how each one changes your relationships and the story.
All Choices & Outcomes in Dispatch Episode 3

The episode opens with Robert and Royd packing up Robert’s apartment, loading all his old Mecha Man memorabilia into a moving truck. You’ll chat with Royd during this sequence first at the apartment, then later in the office. The dialogue choices here don’t really affect the story, so you can respond however you like.
There will be no consequences:
- It’s minimalism
- I’ve just been focused on work
- I’m broke
There will be no consequences:
- Sounds important
- I didn’t understand any of that
- Can you show it again?
Running Into Golem

As you head out of the lab carrying your dog, you’ll accidentally bump into Golem, dropping your phone in the process. This small moment matters, whatever you say, Golem will remember it. You can either call him out for not watching where he’s going or choose to let it slide.
- Watch where you’re going
- LET IT GO
Conversation with Blond Blazer

Next, you’ll leave your dog with Chase and follow Blond Blazer into another room. She’ll bring up the dinner with Phenomaman from the last episode. Here, you get a chance to respond. Being kind or understanding will strengthen your bond with Blond Blazer, while sceptical or dismissive answers will hurt it. So if you’re trying to build trust with her, choose your words carefully.
Your first set of choices affects how Blazer feels about you:
- Hope I didn’t contribute
- I’m sorry, Blazer – increases your relationship
- Are you happy?
Then you’ll get another set of choices that will be remembered:
- I like it – boosts your relationship with Blazer
- It’ll scare them – keeps things neutral
- You sure about that? – lowers your relationship
First Dispatch Shift

After that, you’ll move to your workstation and start your first Dispatch section of the episode. Once the first shift is over, everyone gathers in the meeting room. Things get a bit tense, and you’ll have several dialogue moments that can influence your relationships with your teammates, especially Golem.
This option will be remembered:
- KICK GOLEM OUT – lowers your relationship with Golem
- GIVE HIM THE CHAIR – increases your relationship with Golem
This option will be remembered:
- Potential
- Pain
- Fear
This option will be remembered:
- You set this program on fire
- You’re all burnt sh*t
- All of you are Phoenixes
If you decide to let Golem sit down instead of kicking him out, it’ll improve your standing with him. The rest of the choices mostly reflect your leadership style; they don’t change the story, but your team will remember what kind of leader you are.
Second Dispatch Shift

The second half of the episode starts with another round of Dispatch missions. When you return to the office, the team is celebrating Invisigal’s recent success in catching a criminal.
This option will be remembered:
- Fate is bullsh*t
- F* the stars**
- You make your own destiny
This option will be remembered:
- Get one for the road
- Take your anger out on him
- This could actually help
You’ll chat with Blond Blazer again, and though your answer won’t change the overall outcome, she’ll remember what you say.
- No, I don’t
- I hope so
- Everyone has a shot
After that, Blond Blazer will lead you into the office and reveal a tough choice. Instead of cutting Invisigal from the team like before, you now have to decide who to remove: Sonar or Coupe. This is the most important decision in Episode 3. Whoever you choose will be permanently removed from the team, so think carefully before making your choice.
