Ancient Crawlers are one of the key activities in Borderlands 4, with 11 scattered across Kairos. Completing them all is required for the Ruler of Everything trophy/achievement. Each Crawler involves locating a battery, powering its station, and climbing the structure for rewards. This guide lists all 11 Ancient Crawler locations and their rewards so you won’t miss a single one.
Ancient Crawlers Overview
Across Kairos, you’ll come across 11 Ancient Crawlers, and completing all of them is necessary for the Ruler of Everything trophy/achievement.
Each Crawler works the same way: as you approach, the activity automatically pins itself to the HUD. Scan it with D-Pad Up (or Z on PC) to reveal a trail leading to its battery. Carry the battery back to the nearby power station, slot it in to activate the structure, then climb up to retrieve the reward waiting at the top.
None of these are missable. While certain Crawlers are located in zones that only open during the main story, you’ll still be able to revisit and finish them all once the campaign is complete.
